Creativity is Serious Business. Build Your Foundation ... Strengthen Your Future.

Develop your own team of professionals skilled at:

  1. Leading in-house talent development sessions for groups who need process tools to boost productive creative and innovative output in a fast-paced demanding environment.
  2. Leading robust brainstorming sessions to resolve business-critical challenges.
  3. Helping groups strengthen their collaboration skills and creative mindset.
  4. Setting up new project teams to work well together with a strong focus on delivering objectives on time.

Value to Your Organization

  1. Add advanced ideation and brainstorming skills to key team members.
  2. Strengthen collaboration skills across your organization.
  3. Your event will be customized to directly meet your specific business goals.
  4. Equip team members with creativity tools that can be dropped directly into your other processes that require creative thinking steps and tools: problem solving, decision making, project management, and quality processes are just some examples. Creativity tools are often the missing piece in these processes.
  5. Secure competitive advantage by developing your own experts who are equipped to help you and your groups think about the future, develop new strategies, and break out of the old ways that have been holding you back.
  6. Maximize your investment and get quicker ROI. Your certified instructors will lead highly customized workshops focused on solving your real-world challenges. They'll develop relevant examples and case studies that will greatly accelerate the ability of your staff to learn and use the tools with confidence.
  7. Develop a community of practice. Your team of certified instructors will develop a strong support network with each other to develop strategies for co-teaching, developing application challenges, and generating additional work with your clients.
  8. Protect your investment. When one of your certified instructors moves to a new job assignment you will still have trained expertise on staff to meet the needs of your internal and external clients. You won't suffer the setback that often occurs at companies when their only trainer leaves the organization.

Candidates: Open enrollment workshops delivered by in-house junior level trainers are a thing of the past in most companies. Job skill development is often the responsibility of individual business units in order that skill development closes gaps and strengthens the ability of each business unit to operate smoothly.

You will want to select highly regarded and respected professionals who have a knack for working well with people; professionals who are familiar with your culture and business challenges. For example, they could be from engineering, product development, R&D, an internal consulting group, OD, quality, or operations. They likely have responsibility for impacting results. They welcome professional growth opportunities and enjoy coaching and mentoring coworkers.
