Prepare for Practical Take-a-Ways

We are high content presenters. We specialize in providing groups with creativity and innovation tools that work. We are expert practitioners of de Bono's powerful thinking methods—Six Thinking Hats® and Lateral Thinking™ are the two tools in most use. We also lead the Institute for Effective Innovation where we specialize in helping groups learn about and understand business innovation from a practical view point. We always provide relevant job aids to our audience members that can be put to use back on the job immediately—reinforcement.

Choose One of Our three most requested Power Sessions: 2-3 hours in length

The Innovation Instinct™:  More than ever before companies are in need of highly skilled employees equipped with the Innovation Instinct™—the ability to generate, build on and implement valuable ideas. This session is for people at all levels in organizations that believe innovation is a key driver of business success. Each person will complete the Innovation Instinct™ Personal Assessment. A perfect choice for groups that need to boost their innovation capability as innovation is a people process.

Innovation Boot Camp™: A maximum intensity session designed to pump up the Innovation Instinct™ of your team. This power session will get everyone on the same page about innovation—what it is—your definition to ensure alignment, the different types of innovation, and where to hunt for innovation to impact top and bottom-line growth. When appropriate the group will complete an innovation audit to uncover opportunity areas. Filled with lot of practical examples and ideas that can be put to use right away.

Six Thinking Hats® Facilitated Power Session: When there isn't time for training, at least one day, our Power Session will energize your group. We will work with you to identify business challenges and then we will custom design your Power Session. We will introduce your group to the tool and lead them through a direct application on a business challenge. This is a great program for team and industry meetings where teams want to experience a practical new tool they can apply in their business and personal lives right away.
