Room
Set up and Equipment Needs:
Our presentations generally require
a high level of audience interaction. This makes for a
lively and fun atmosphere. To accomplish this, we prefer the
room to be set up for table groups: 5-6 people per table. An
easel with paper for each group. LCD projector.
We will arrive at least one hour
before the presentation start time to ensure the meeting room is set
up to meet our needs and that the equipment is in good working order.
It is important that the meeting room is already set up when we arrive
and that the materials are placed in the room ready to be unpacked.
We will unpack the materials and make them ready the audience.
For really large groups we may need help distributing them.
If we are presenting immediately
after another speaker in the same room you will need to provide room
monitors to ensure the room clears quickly, is tidied up and made
ready for our presentation. The objective is to be sure to remove
any distractions left by the previous group, and to set us up to
start the presentation on time.
