Title:
Power-Up Your
Thinking: How to Facilitate High Performance Ideation Thinking Using The Six
Thinking HatsÒ
"When you face fast changing trends, fierce competition,
and the need to work miracles despite tight budgets, you need Six Hats."
- Are paid to think?
- Are you being asked "TO DO MORE WITH LESS?"
- Wouldnt it be great to help others kick the idea killer habit?
If you answered yes to any of these questions this fast paced, high content,
interactive session is for you. Sharpen your invisible competitive advantage and
learn how to take charge of your thinking energy to think your way to success!
You will experience how to think more clearly and thoroughly by separating
out six different ingredients in thinking - emotions from fact, positive from
negative, critical from creative.
The result will be an improved ability to: generate original solutions fast;
rigorously evaluate ideas to pick the winners; constructively tap into the brain
power of each person on your team; minimize the barriers to change; break the
idea killer habit to discover hidden opportunities.
"The results of the training are visible. We have
received a large research project due in part to the creativity tools Lynda
taught us."
- Alex DAnci, Marketing Manager, Corporate Research ABB
Finland
